Perfect for flavouring most mediums such as buttercream, cake mixes, cookies, and fondant icing. Our professional strength water-based flavours will retain their taste after baking.

Tip: Avoid adding to oil-based products such as chocolate and ganache. Flavourings do not contain sugar. For best results please add to a sweet base.

Use: Add approximately 1 tablespoon of flavour per 1kg of product (taste and adjust if needed).
